Planning Permission for a brick and glazed side extension and slate mansard roof extension has been granted for our ‘Putney Terrace Extension’ project in South London!
Client Brief
Our client envisioned the transformation of their terraced period property into a welcoming home, perfect for enjoying gentle piano music and hosting elegant dinner parties.
The existing kitchen was outdated, gloomy, and disconnected from the main living areas and garden. Our plan is to carefully transform it into a bright, cohesive space tailored to our client's lifestyle.
The design features a spacious kitchen island with an integrated wine fridge and breakfast bar seating, large glazed doors to flood the area with natural light and seamlessly connect to a new outdoor patio, and the addition of a convenient downstairs WC. This renovation not only modernises the home but also enhances its functionality and appeal for elegant living and entertaining in London.

The existing dining room is turned into a sophisticated music room complete with piano, bespoke alcove shelving and an introspective off-black colour scheme. Our interior design service ensures the whole house shares a consistent design language, with the middle room serving as a transition space between timeless traditional elegance at the front of the house and contemporary, functional design to the rear.
