Blythe Hill Lane - Planning Permission

Planning permission has been received for our scheme on Blythe Hill Lane, in the London Borough of Lewisham. The scheme involves the rear extension of an end-of-terrace Victorian house to form a new open-plan kitchen, sitting, dining room. The extension is split into three distinct volumes which define activity zones in the spaces within. Roof glazing is orientated to prevent excessive solar gain whilst providing generous daylighting to the kitchen below. The additions are clad in London stock bricks and corrugated metal cladding in a composed arrangement which compliments the existing house.
