McDowall Road - Planning Permission

We are delighted for our wonderful clients that some last minute planning negotiations with the London Borough of Southwark has been rewarded with planning permission. The scheme is to extend their mid-terrace Georgian property, set within the Camberwell New Road Conservation Area, to the rear to create an open plan kitchen space that will function as the heart of the home. Alterations to the existing layout will allow clear views and dual aspect through the length of the ground floor, connecting the new kitchen dining room to the piano room, and in turn to the front living room. Internal finishes will be tactile, with a poured concrete floor and timber veneered joinery.
